Summary:	Exciting opportunity for experienced insurance professional with strong relationship building skills. Primary responsibility will be to manage and lead the field marketing team which works closely with agents and National Marketing Organizations to develop partnership between home office and sales effort. Will travel with team members to various meetings and events.

Qualifications:	Bachelor’s Degree and/or four to six years of insurance sales or marketing experience required. Position requires 50-60 % travel and above average interpersonal and organizational skills. Must have the ability to multi task and meet deadlines, goals and objectives set by Senior Management. Previous experience leading a team is preferred.

Salary:	Salary commensurate with experience
