Accounting
5SRACT - Sr. Accountant - Responsible for preparing drafts of documents filed with the SEC, including 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K as well as filing those documents. Responsible for detailed general ledger for AERL and for XBRL tagging of our financial statements filed with the SEC. Assists where needed in GAAP and statutory accounting research. Assists in reporting financial and nonfinancial data to both internal and external parties. [more]

Document Allocation
12SR - Service Representative - Opens and stamps in all the mail with the current date. Segregates paperwork into appropriate areas and batches and organizes paperwork for other departments to view. Scans all batches into the computer system’s work queue and indexes each individual document into the appropriate workflow. Performs other duties as assigned. [more]

General Services
11SSR - Supply Service Representative - Pulls the correct forms to fill Agent supply requisitions. Packages and ships orders by appropriate vendor (USPS, UPS & Fed X). Receives deliveries and runs errands. Performs other duties as assigned. [more]
